Salary Projection: AI Coach (Android package com.salaryprojection) is provided by Deepak Kumar Tiwari. This policy covers the Android app and this website. Contact dt-workspace@gmail.com for privacy questions or requests.

Release status

The current app includes local financial planning, online AI, and Firebase services. A Home AI update with anonymous access and optional rewarded ads is in development. The section about that update below describes planned processing; it does not mean those features are available in your installed version.

1. Records stored on your device

Your salary assumptions, income sources, debts, goals, check-ins, preferences, and saved AI history are stored in the app's local storage. The app does not provide cloud synchronization of these planning records. Exports create files you choose to save or share; those copies are outside the app's control. Android app backup is disabled in the current native app.

2. When you use online AI

AI is optional and requires an internet connection. Submitting a question sends the question and relevant context, such as salary, growth assumptions, currency, and projection values, to the AI service. Goal strategy requests can also include goal and income context. The current app uses Google's Gemini API. The assistant pilot uses our AWS-hosted backend and Amazon Bedrock. Do not include passwords, bank credentials, identity documents, or other information the answer does not require.

Responses can be saved in local history. Provider processing is governed by the terms applicable to the configured AI service; this policy does not promise that all AI processing occurs only on your device or only in India.

3. App diagnostics and configuration

We use Firebase Analytics for app interactions and coarse usage categories, Crashlytics for crash diagnostics, and Remote Config for feature settings. These services can process installation identifiers, device and app information, interaction events, crash details, and network information. Our analytics event code does not deliberately attach question text, exact financial amounts, or API keys to events. Using offline planning does not mean that diagnostics or configuration services never connect to the internet.

4. Planned Home AI and rewarded ads update

The planned update provides three free AI requests per day, with one additional request after a completed rewarded ad. Firebase anonymous authentication will identify an app user without a login screen. Anonymous does not mean unidentifiable: the service will process an assigned user identifier and usage records to enforce limits.

Reward verification will use Google AdMob transaction identifiers and reward records to prevent duplicate rewards. Google Mobile Ads can process IP addresses (including approximate location derived from them), device or account identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic data for advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention. Consent and privacy choices will be presented where required. This planned processing is not a statement that ads are already active in the current app.

Before this update launches, this policy will be revised to state the implemented quota and reward retention periods, deletion process, and available privacy controls.

5. Providers and international processing

Google provides Firebase, Gemini, and, for the planned release, AdMob. AWS provides the assistant pilot infrastructure and Bedrock processing. These providers can process information in countries outside your own. See Google's privacy policy, Firebase privacy information, Gemini API terms, and AWS privacy information.

6. Retention and deletion

Local records remain until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall the app. You can remove AI history or use Settings → Clear Data. Delete exported copies separately. Diagnostic and service records follow the relevant service's configuration and retention policies; clearing local data does not automatically erase provider-held records. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your use. We may need limited information to locate the records and verify the request. Some records may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. See data deletion instructions.

7. Website and support

This website has no analytics script, advertising SDK, contact form, or application cookies. Hosting and network services process information needed to deliver pages, such as IP address and request details. If you email support, we receive the email address, message, and any attachments you send. We use them to handle your request. Do not send unredacted financial exports or credentials.

8. Security and your choices

Online service requests use HTTPS. Local data is protected by your device's operating system; keep your device secure. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. You can avoid sending an AI request and still use offline planning. Android settings provide advertising identifier controls. Privacy rights depend on your location; contact us to exercise applicable rights or raise a concern.

9. Children and changes

The app is a general financial planning tool and is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us. We will update this page when practices change and revise the effective date. Material changes will be reflected in the app's release information or notices as appropriate.
